RE: Report #004578 and further contacts.
Dear Sir:
The attached copy of a letter in Cynthia Marjean Chaney Durrstein’s handwriting clearly indicates that Mr. Jeff Seymour has engaged in a conspiracy with her to entice me into violating a court order which forbids me from contacting her or causing her to be contacted. This is undoubtedly why she insisted on written input. To attempt to induce a person into violating law and/or a court (no matter how improperly obtained) order is most likely a violation of law.
Further, I charge Mr. Jeff Seymour of spousal abuse. Is not one of the ultimate forms of abuse to deliberately year after year keep one’s spouse drugged for one’s own benefit? This is what Mr. Seymour has stated to me in that he has known about and endorsed his wife’s obtaining and using prescription drugs far in excess of a prescribed amount. Mr. Seymour has repeatedly stated how he could not tolerate his wife were it not for the drugs. That she directly seeks and enjoys these drugs serves only to reinforce how totally he takes abusive advantage of keeping his wife in a drugged state. He has stated to me that Cynthia M. Chaney Durrstein had been supplying drugs such as Valium to his wife for years
— which I had not known. This seems to me to be fraud committed upon my health insurance company by C. M. Chaney Durrstein. He has also stated to me that his wife, Marilyn, has been getting even greater amounts of Valium from her mother. Given the Seymour’s age, this may well involve Medicaid or Medicare fraud. When I have tried to discuss these with Mr. Seymour about curing these problems outside of this legal venue, he has told me that he, his wife, and her mother will all testify that his wife and her mother had valid prescriptions for Valium and refuse to say anything else. Is not this a commitment to provide incomplete and deliberately misleading testimony? Is not that a conspiracy to commit the crime of perjury since at least three of them are involved?Please record completely and preserve the records of all visits, including any representatives, of the Seymours or anyone appearing on their behalf. This includes the tape recordings of their entrance and arrival to demonstrate the amount of time they were there in relation to the documentation in your files. The lack of response of your organization to my previous correspondence forces me to this request to protect the truth. Have you documented completely the interview with the Seymour’s as I have requested? Complete documentation is vital to demonstrating truth. The more statements they make, the more opportunities for their lies and distortions to be demonstrated.
Each moment you delay furthers the cause of those who violate the law and cover it with deceit and false accusations. In essence, your choice is elegantly simple: are you going to enforce the laws in Beavercreek
— or not?While I understand that lie detector tests are not admissible as evidence, they are represented to be valuable investigative tools. I remain constant in my request for such testing on all matters in this affair.
I have found out that Mr. Seymour has been harassing me at work and in the community by spreading false and/or misleading material deliberately intended to damage me for his own purposes.
Although Jeff and Marilyn probably do not understand this, I remain their friend. The record and my available testimony clearly show I have repeatedly tried to address these issues outside of the legal system. Their actions have forced the current situation. Is it not truly in everyone’s best interests to be freed from the drugs, deception, and other immoral and/or illegal behaviors? Should you also help, if only by indulgence, this behavior to succeed, you will morally share in the responsibility for their crimes. You probably do not like to hear this.
When I asked for a receipt for my last letter, a young lady at the records window advised me that my visit and transaction was recorded. Please retain and protect such tapes for any item involving the Seymours or their agents and myself for so that the courts may have them available for future documentation. Impartial and complete documentation of truth is one of my strongest allies. I therefore request that all meeting relevant to this matter be fully and accurately recorded, preferably by sound and video and including any such items involving myself. You will find me available to discuss this or any other matter with you
