THE BASIC FACTS

This site will eventually be a huge collection of statements, documents, references, and sources demonstrating the corruption of our law enforcement and courts by and for the benefit of lawyers. Other agencies and organizations will also be identified for their roles in the degradation and violation of the values, rules, regulations, laws, and Constitutions of Ohio and the United States. As time permits, I will add actual voice recordings and the text and images of various documents and court filings/records for your verification.

For 20 years, I have found integrity, caring, compassion, and patriotism to be punishable offenses in Beavercreek, Dayton, and Trotwood, Ohio, in Greene and Montgomery counties. The area prosecutors, lawyers, police, other law enforcement, Bar Association ethics committees, courts, and appellate courts including the Ohio State Supreme Court as well as the local Federal Court and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals all work together to protect attorneys and others from the proscribed consequences of unethical, corrupt, illegal, and unconstitutional actions.

This site will be organized by topics generally related to specific cases which all will support the contention that the entire process is corrupt in Ohio.
